Why I’m Running for Tulsa County Treasurer

I’m running for Tulsa County Treasurer because I believe public service starts with respect—respect for the people, for their hard work, and for every tax dollar they contribute. Too often, politicians forget that behind every public dollar is a taxpayer working 40, 50, even 60 hours a week—doing whatever it takes to provide a better life for their family. That money deserves more than just safe storage—it deserves accountability, transparency, and purpose.
As a U.S. Navy veteran, a husband, a father, and a proud resident of Owasso, I’ve built my life around service and responsibility. I served aboard the USS Wyoming for five years, where discipline and accountability were not optional—they were expected. After my military service, I earned a Finance degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, building over 15 years of financial experience in the private sector.
My commitment to community doesn’t stop at the professional level. I’ve served on HOA boards, veterans’ organization boards, youth sports organizations, and the Owasso Sales Tax Oversight Committee. Whether it's helping a neighborhood thrive or advocating for fellow veterans, I’ve always believed leadership means showing up and getting the job done.
As Treasurer, I will:
✅ Protect taxpayer dollars through responsible, transparent practices
✅ Make financial information easy for the public to access and understand
✅ Modernize operations to better serve Tulsa County residents
✅ Lead with integrity and a focus on people, not politics
This campaign isn’t about politics—it’s about public trust. The people of Tulsa County deserve a Treasurer who understands where that money comes from and works every day to honor it.
I’d be honored to earn your trust and your vote.
